The 3 Stawy Shopping Centre was the first in Poland to receive the Breem-In-Use environmental certificate, awarded to facilities with a minimum environmental impact.

6 new buildings in Poland have received the British Breem certificate. Pre-existing facilities have never been awarded. No shopping centre before us met the stringent requirements – we were the first!
